  I cannot do an occasional invader article without first getting on my soapbox about one particular category that I've come to call the "plague pests".  These are pests that boom and bust in their populations.  You and I know that insecticides wil probably not help their control, but people still demand treatment.  At the top of my list would be love-bugs and millipedes.

LOVEBUGS
   Any one who's lived in Florida for any amount of time knows that there is very little that can be done about lovebugs.
